Sound Bath Meditation

Join us for a deeply immersive, full-body experience that will use sound to gently restore and nurture your state of mind and body.
About this event

The sound bath will begin with you laying down in a confortable position. Feel free to bring a blanket or an eye mask! Then we will do some guided breathwork to engage our mind and body together to get into a relaxation state. The remainder of our time will be an expereince filled with sounds and frequencies being introduced to induce your awarenss to listening and allow your body and brain waves to slow down and shift to a relaxed state of mind. A sound bath is an invitation to a deeper state of conciousness. Its an opportunity for you to take time for yourself , to unwind, un plug and explore what your body needs.
