Hearts Alive 1-Year Anniversary Hike Yoga

Hearts Alive is celebrating its one year anniversary next Sunday, April 23. Let’s celebrate by coming together for movement while soaking up the area’s natural beauty!

We’ll start with a two mile hike in Kennedy Grove Regional Park in El Sobrante followed by guided breath work and yoga. You are welcome to join in any part of this gathering, however, please note that the hiking portion will start promptly at 9:35 am and our arrival back to the main park area will be more of a time range than exact ETA. Date: Sunday, April 23, 2023

Time: Meet by 9:15 am. We’ll start hiking up the trail at 9:35 am and complete the hike between 10:30 am and 11 am, followed by guided breath work and gentle stretching with the event ending around 12 pm.

Cost: No cost however donations to Quinan Street Project’s Summer Camp are highly suggested.

Location: Kennedy Grove Regional Recreation Area, 6531 San Pablo Dam Road, El Sobrante, CA 94803. There is a $5 parking fee and $2/dog fee from April through October.

Notes:
This hike is family and dog friendly. It’s recommended you dress in layers, bring a sun hat or beanie, trekking poles for those wanting more stability) gloves, sunscreen, water and a snack. Restrooms are available at this park. Pack a lunch and enjoy the park after the planned activities!
