CareBuilders at Home of Contra Costa helps older adults and people recovering from illness or surgery live safely and comfortably at home. We provide non-medical in-home care across Contra Costa County, including Hercules, Pinole and Rodeo, from a few hours a week to 24-hour and live-in support.
Our caregivers help with bathing, dressing and mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands and transportation, and companionship. We also support clients living with dementia and give family caregivers a much-needed break. There are no shift minimums, because every family's needs are different.
Every caregiver is our W-2 employee, not a contractor. They are background-checked, TB-cleared and registered with the State of California, and we are a bonded, insured, state-licensed home care organization. Families get trained, supervised care, and the liability stays with us.
When home is no longer the right fit, our senior placement service helps families find assisted living, memory care or a residential care home at no cost to the family. We learn the situation first, help narrow the options, and give straight answers about cost, fit and timing.
