New Horizons Career Development Center is a community based non-profit agency, located at 199 Parker Avenue, Rodeo, Ca. Our immediate goal is to provide an opportunity for Rodeo, Hercules, Crockett and surrounding communities to have a career pathway to success. We are empowering our clients to excel in today's competitive and diverse workplace. NHCDC host job fairs for our clients. We house an "Access Point" for America Job Centers of California (EASTBAY WORKS). We demonstrate our strong community partnerships during our "Season of Giving" Holiday give-a-way for the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons (food basket and toys). There is daily involvement with our less fortunate constituents to assist with their fundamental needs as they attempt to re-establish a viable functional way of life. We also host an "Annual Rock the Block" party in August. The Center is open from 9:00 until 3:00 daily closed on weekends.
