What is sound bowl?

Sound bowl healing and meditation opens up your chakras, (or energy and aura portals) to allow vibrational frequencies help align, balance, and unblock the parts of you that need healing by using crystal quartz bowls.

Binaural beats and frequencies enter your physical body to help you relax, while guided meditation and breath work help oxygenate your blood Stream. Falling asleep is common.

The Quartz bowls and crystals help carry that energy with you for protection, balance, love, and grounding.

Angela will begin the session with a grounding breath work exercise, and then walking you through meditating. She will then talk about integrating the use of crystals and take you into a gentle sound bath connecting you with your mind, body, spirit, soul and heart, encouraging you to be more relaxed in your body, focusing on remaining in the present moment.
