    In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate: entrants, participants and other guests by execution of this form, release and discharge the Bay Front Chamber of Commerce, the Rodeo Baseball Association its members, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers and anyone else connected with the management of “The Bay Front Chamber of Commerce Chili & Salsa Cook-Off & Car Show” from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant or entrants guest to his/her person or property. Each entrant agrees to indemnify the mentioned entities from any liability arising from the conduct of entrants or participants under their control during the event.
