WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate: entrants, participants and other guests by execution of this form, release and discharge the Bay Front Chamber of Commerce, the State of California, the Town of Rodeo, the County of Contra Costa, Lefty Gomez Field and all of their officers, members, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers and anyone else connected with the management of “The Bay Front Chamber of Commerce Chili Cook-Off & Car Show” from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant or entrants guest to his/her person or property. Further each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct from entrants or any participants assisting or cooperating with entrant and under direct control of event. No Refunds.
