Start your year off right and intentional and Join us for our first Selfcare Sunday, Wellness Workshop of 2023: Dream Board Social.

What is a Dream Board? A dream board, aka vision board is a visual representation of your intentions and goals. Bringing it to life in a form of artwork to remind yourself daily to never give up on your dreams.

You’ll be supplied with the board, scissors, glue, pictures, magazine cutouts, vacation pictures, positive affirmations, stickers and plenty of visuals to choose from so you can put your dream board together. Feel free to bring any of your own personal pictures or anything that has meaning to you that you want to use for your board as well.

Bring a bestie or come alone with an open heart and kindness. At the end, our hope is that you’ll be filled with inspiration and positivity to keep moving towards your goals.

What to Expect:
– 120 minute Interactive Workshop

– Breathwork: Breathwork is used to ground you, clear your mind and energy, so that your may be clear to set your intention.

– Intention Setting: Setting intentions is the act of stating what you intend to accomplish through your actions. It’s a commitment to what you want your journey to be about. When you are intentional about something, your focus is in the moment: who you are, what you do, why you do it.

– Assembly of Your Dream Board.
